Different workflows, a shared need for reliable records

The engagement covered software used for medical examination records, dockyard administration and document security. Each programme served a different operational workflow within the Navy.

Ayupravidha / Medical records

Medical examinations and their documents

Ayupravidha digitises the processing of Annual and Periodic Medical Examinations and their accompanying documents on the Navy intranet.

Its purpose is to bring examination information and document handling into a structured digital workflow.

SAMUDRA / Dockyard operations

Connected records for refit work

SAMUDRA is EPPS’s shipyard and refit ERP. It brings together workflows such as work orders, dock scheduling, workforce planning, inventory, costs and quality records.

The programme connects the records used to plan and administer dockyard work.

DRONA / Document security

Control over how documents are used

DRONA is EPPS’s digital rights and data-security platform. Its public product scope includes document permissions, encryption, watermarking and usage records, with controls over printing, copying and sharing.

That focus extends control beyond storing a file to managing how it can be used.
